The “AI Engineering” team at Chubb leads innovation efforts for all business groups across all geographies. We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team to oversee the progress of a set of global initiatives. He/She will be expected to prepare and present project plans and progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis, ensuring deadlines are being met and the project is delivered to a high standard.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Govern projects from planning through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
  • Coordinate resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope and timelines to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and changes
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of project management, business analysis and related experience
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as working independently when required.
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities and ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong desire for continuous self-development and a passion for innovation and technology. He/She will have prior project management and business analysis experience, ideally within the digital division of a large, multinational corporation.
