Job Description:

We are supporting a London market insurance broker with their recruitment of a Project Manager for a 6-month FTC focused on change and delivery. Salary: £80,000 per annum.

We are interested in candidates with approximately 10+ years of experience in a change/delivery environment, as you will be responsible for:

• Full delivery (time, cost, and quality) of significant projects on behalf of the business areas in accordance with the framework.
• Managing projects from pre-inception to closure, including input and/or delivery of the early business case.

This will include:

• Leading and managing business projects and programmes across the organization as assigned.
• Managing the full project lifecycle from inception to handover and closure.
• Leading and chairing meetings.
• Tracking project progress and producing monthly status reports and Steer Co packs.
• Producing and maintaining project management documentation (PIDs, RAID, Plans, Change Control, etc.).

Ideally, candidates will have some experience in the London insurance market and possess the following skills:

• Method & Tools (Prince 2)
• Planning & Control

• Stakeholder Management
• Leadership
• People Management and Development
