Job description

Thrive Trowbridge are recruiting on behalf of a leading Wiltshire based manufacturing business who urgently seek a Project Manager on a 12 month contract basis (inside IR35) to lead critical projects across operations and production.

What you will be doing :

  • Lead full project lifecycle: scope, planning, execution, and delivery
  • Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and risk
  • Drive ERP-related initiatives, including D365 optimisation
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Champion continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

What you will need to succeed :

  • Formal PM qualifications: PRINCE2, PMI, APM or equivalent
  • Proven experience in dedicated Project Manager roles, ideally manufacturing / engineering sector
  • Strong understanding of project methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • ERP experience highly desirable - especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Background in process improvement or lean manufacturing
