Job Overview
The Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) Business Unit is currently seeking a Program Manager as a part of the Business Strategy Transformation Office. TE Connectivity's Program Manager is responsible for the management of cross-functional teams supporting cross-functional, business-critical projects. The successful candidate will work with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to ensure projects meet financial, schedule, performance, and customer expectations. The Program Manager is responsible for defining, planning, and executing project schedules, budgets, and measurement systems to ensure successful project management from initiation to close-out.
THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE
Your daily tasks:
Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver major customer, business, and transformation programs, typically consisting of multiple projects or sub-projects, within budget and time limitations, in accordance with technical specifications, and in fulfillment of financial and performance objectives. The incumbent will:
The Program Manager is also responsible for identifying resource constraints and program risks working with management for resolution of those constraints and proactive mitigation of program risks. The Program Manager is expected to adhere to a well-defined program governance and stage gate process to ensure program alignment to business objectives and adherence to all internal and external requirements.
