What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our projects, driving them to successful completion. From reviewing contracts and designing tailored solutions to liaising with clients, you’ll ensure every step aligns with expectations. You’ll own the budget, timeline, and scope while keeping quality and efficiency front and centre. Your role will include:

  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project roadmaps and define deliverables.

  2. Execution & Monitoring: Lead cross-functional teams and navigate challenges with ease.

  3. Stakeholder Communication: Keep clients and teams informed, building strong collaborations.

  4. Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively and ensure financial goals are met.

  5. Quality Assurance: Deliver top-tier results that meet standards and foster continuous improvement.

Your Expertise

We’re looking for a results-driven professional who brings:

  • 3+ years as a Project Manager in an engineering setting.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.).

  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall methodologies.

  • PMP certification (a plus!).

  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

  • Experience in managing liquidated damages (LDs).

Preferred

  • A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Insight into the oil and gas industry.

  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental practices.
