What you'll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end project and change implementations within well-defined timelines and budget.
• Create and deliver strategic project objectives to support the implementation and embedding of improved business processes and practices.
• Deploy the change control procedure to ensure that project deliverables are completed within a planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and appropriately authorised.
• Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage major changes and/or new concepts.
• Formulate commercially viable approaches and co-ordinate post-launch project activities, ensuring budgets and timescales are met.
• Provide scrutiny and challenge across all projects ensuring alignment with wider policies and strategic initiatives.
• Deploy a structured and considered plan to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Manage critical paths for all projects to ensure timely delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Has experience of project management with supporting knowledge of project techniques, with a recognised project delivery method such as PMI/PRINCE2.
• Experience of data management projects would be advantageous.
• Is an experienced user of Microsoft Project (or equivalent programme).
• Has demonstrable risk management experience.
• Has experience with contract management.
