Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across the group and within individual departments.
• Support the acquisition integration process from due diligence to full business integration.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and follow up on action items.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, and cost tracking.
• Ensure end-to-end project delivery, acting as a point of escalation for concerns regarding timeframe, budget, or effort.
• Collaborate with internal departments and third parties.
• Provide detailed project reports to sponsors.
• Build strong relationships across the group with department heads and key individuals.
