The Project Manager Role - Building Fitout
This is a unique opportunity to lead a complex, high-profile project valued at approximately £150m, focusing on the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of extensive clean and dry room installations. Experience in large-scale clean room delivery, including planning for process equipment installation by external contractors, is preferred.
As part of the senior team, you'll report directly to the Project Director and lead an established team in a collaborative environment. Strong leadership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work closely with MEP partners and the process fit-out contractor are essential for success.
The overall project is valued at £900m and is scheduled to become operational in early 2028. It offers a significant workload and a platform for personal and professional growth.
Your Profile
You will have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects successfully. Knowledge of NEC contract options and processes is essential. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing within budget, timeline, and scope.
