QinetiQ Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple programmes from Bristol or Farnborough, offering a hybrid pattern with 3 days on site and 2 days remote. The role is 37 hours per week with on-site presence at either location.

You will manage projects end-to-end, coordinate a diverse stakeholder community, and develop compelling customer proposals while supporting growth initiatives and delivering open and timely reporting to management and customers.

The Role

QinetiQ provides the MOD with Test & Evaluation and Training capabilities in the UK. QinetiQ undertakes specification, design, procurement, development, integration and acceptance of the Test & Evaluation and Training Systems across the Maritime, Land, and Air domains. An opportunity exists to join the Weapons Services Delivery Team, supporting several programmes from cradle to grave.

You will be responsible for several Projects and tasked with ensuring our commitments to our internal and external stakeholders are met. Our projects have a diverse and complex stakeholder community, both internal and external to the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of assigned projects to time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction

Essential experience of the Project Manager :

• Experience gained, typically rather than necessarily, between 2-3 years of professional experience with a project environment.
• Delivery of projects and programmes to time, cost, performance envelope

Desirable qualifications for the Project Manager :

• Hold a recognised PM qualification (APM or Prince2)

This role is 37 hours per week and is based out of our Bristol or Farnborough facilities on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days per week on average, onsite.
