Job Title: Structural Project Manager

Location: West Midlands, UK

Salary: £60,000-£65,000

My client are a privately owned specialist building company providing services to a wide range of clients throughout the UK and Europe. They are known and renowned within the market for their structural expertise and are experiencing huge success in contract wins within multiple fields, including highways, and are looking for a Project Manager based within the West Midlands office to join the team.

Key Responsibilities of the Structural Project Manager:

1. Oversee the projects from conception until completion
2. Travel across sites when required
3. Lead the project teams with efficiency
4. Handle any documentation
5. Promote HSE principles
6. Liaise with internal teams and clients throughout
7. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and time frames

Key Requirements of the Structural Project Manager:

1. Demonstrable experience in delivering structural work
2. Knowledge of steel, reinforced concrete and other materials involved in structures
3. Experience working within a Project Management role
4. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
5. Happy to travel to sites when required
6. Full UK Drivers License

Package of the Structural Project Manager:
