Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited is recruiting a Project Manager - Design to join a Midlands-based, hybrid delivery team. You will lead major AMP8 infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery, coordinating engineering, commercial and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires NEC3/NEC4 experience, knowledge of NEC Options A, C, and E, and a strong stakeholding management capability. A related Engineering degree is essential for the candidate.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering major infrastructure projects across the Midlands.

Working within NEC3 and NEC4 contract environments, you'll be trusted to lead project delivery from planning through to completion, coordinating stakeholders, managing risk and ensuring successful project outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Deliver major AMP8 infrastructure projects.
• Take ownership of project outcomes from concept through to delivery.
• Work alongside experienced engineering, commercial and delivery teams.

About You

We're interested in speaking with Project Managers who have experience delivering infrastructure projects within regulated sectors such as Rail, Water and Highways.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience delivering projects under NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
• Knowledge of NEC Options A, C and E.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

Water industry experience is beneficial but not essential. We welcome applications from Project Managers looking to transfer their skills from other infrastructure sectors.
