Monday to Thursday 08:15 to 17:00, Friday 08:15 to 15:30

Project Manager required for a market leading specialist in luxury spa facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established industry leader who have doubled in size over the last 12 months as they continue to grow the business. The company are offering ongoing development opportunities whilst working with prestigious clientele.

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager with experience managing multiple projects at a given time. Candidates from any industry are encouraged to apply, however this role would particularly suit candidates with experience working with bathrooms, kitchens or other similar industries.

The Project Manager role will be based from the company’s office located in Surrey where you will oversee and coordinate activities for up to 30 projects at a time, from start to finish. Projects range in value from £30,000 up to £180,000.

The Project Manager Role:

· Management of projects from planning, scheduling, through to completion

· Coordinate communication between customers, contractors, design team and suppliers

· Ensure materials are available for each project

· 90% of work in Southeast – occasional travel to site required for measurements, inspections etc.

· Primarily working on residential projects, occasional commercial

The Project Manager Candidate:

· Project Management experience

· Any industry – carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms all transfer well

· Experience working on multiple projects
