Job description

  • Collaborate with the commercial team and work with corporate IT to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage IT tickets to create, test, and implement various components of solutions.
  • Fully test any solutions designed by IT before approving for use in the production environment.
  • Manage client calls to explain solutions and liaise with their IT for testing and troubleshooting.
  • Work with existing clients and CL Continuous Improvement to assess the efficiency of current solutions and explore options for improvement.
  • Work with Crane Warehouses to evaluate current operational efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure new solutions or modifications do not interfere with existing solutions and operations.
  • Collaborate with internal Crane resources for new warehouse setups, including system configurations and physical setup (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Coordinate onboarding processes through client calls and resource management.
  • Test and implement solutions and custom reports as required by clients.
  • Keep projects on schedule for the set go-live date and communicate delays to stakeholders.
  • Provide on-site support during the go-live period as needed.
  • Train Crane resources involved in new projects.
  • Conduct ongoing training for Crane CL applications.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for operational support queries.
  • Provide regular training in Footprint for all operations staff.
  • Monitor IT tickets for validity, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Analyze data to verify solutions operate as intended.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards for specific client needs where necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of industry experience preferred.
