About

Role: Project Manager (PMO Change Management) Location: Warrington Or London EH20 are delighted to be working with a leading technology company with a span and reach across the UK. Our client is looking for a dynamic, focused and articulate Project Manager to support the wider Project Manager Office in setting up new standardised systems, platforms and with managing internal change and technology across the wider business. You will ensure that standardisation procedures are in place and support stakeholders with process queries. What is on offer? * £50,000 salary * Hybrid 2 days working from home * Full travel expenses paid * Private Pension * 25 days annual leave + public holidays * Birthday & work anniversary day off What you will be doing? * Coordinate all project elements to align with established timelines and deliverable specifications * Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules while monitoring progress and milestone completion * Communicate project risks and results to relevant management levels, escalating matters per established communication protocols * Assist PMO operations and facilitate change management coordination and process control * Function as the primary communication liaison between internal teams and external partners * Strengthen collaborative relationships with external partners, including third-party suppliers and contractors * Demonstrate alignment with organizational values and behavioural standards * Proactively manage personal professional growth and performance objectives * Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, including the Company Handbook and related guidelines * Perform additional duties as delegated by management or senior leadership when required * Serve as the main contact for project execution across all project phases, maintaining transparent and consistent dialogue About you? * Solid foundation in project management frameworks (such as Agile, Waterfall) * Comprehensive grasp of financial oversight and budget management concepts * Excellent communication abilities with capacity to articulate information effectively to clients and internal stakeholders * Proficient negotiation skills and capability to resolve conflicts constructively * Client-centered approach with demonstrated success in developing and sustaining professional relationships * Strong analytical thinking and proactive methodology for tackling project obstacles * Highly organized with keen attention to detail. Capable of independent work with self-direction and excel in fast-moving environments with demanding timelines * Minimum three years of project-related experience, preferably within Telecoms sector Desirable Criteria: * Prior involvement as a contributor within large-scale project initiatives * Background collaborating across multi-functional teams * Prince 2 Foundation certification or comparable qualification such as APMP Practitioner * Preferred - familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems * Preferred - understanding of Cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure
