Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Walsall based with travel

Salary: to £60k and benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary construction team. You'll have the responsibility to deliver an annual programme of works ranging in value from £50K to £2M across Clean & Waste Water projects within the Severn Trent Region. You'll be based out of our Walsall office but have the remit to cover the Severn Trent area working on some our exciting project for some of our biggest customers.

What's the role:

  • Aligning project activities to client's direction and needs while upholding OneSite's commitment to maintaining a longstanding relationship with clients.
  • Interpreting contract commitments and manage client/contractor expectations in the context of project delivery and contractual engagement.
  • Overseeing all project activities and staff to ensure compliance with Health & Safety, design, procurement, financial control, and site management standards.
  • Managing projects such as, RBCs, reed beds, chemical dosing and civil works, with a focus on value engineering to ensure affordability for the client.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing project deliverables and interfaces and ensuring key project deliverables are met with the highest quality.

What you'll need:

  • Professionally qualified to degree or HNC level or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Required certifications: ILM Level in Leadership and Management or equivalent, Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator, Supervisor Streetworks, SMSTS, EUSR Water Hygiene, Valid First Aid, IOSH Managing Safety.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing design interfaces, innovative solutions, and value engineering to deliver projects to handover with the client.
  • Possess knowledge of RBCs, Chemical dosing units, Reed beds, Sludge holding tanks and associated general civil works.
  • Efficiently manage people, resources, and relationships to ensure effective delivery of programmes and projects and work with the supply chain to manage key deliverables for MEICA interfaces.
  • Ensure timely project objectives delivery within budget and quality standards, realizing business benefits, and support the business sector's growth and future development.
