Project Manager – HVAC & Mechanical Services

Location:M3/M4 Corridor - South West, Oxford & Petersfield
Salary:Up to £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Travel Expenses

The Role

Join one of the UK’s leading providers of mechanical, renewable energy, and maintenance services, overseeing HVAC projects across the M3/M4 corridor. You'll play a key role in managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high technical standards, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical and HVAC projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and on-site teams.
• Lead technical decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ensure all works comply with industry regulations and health & safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical or HVAC background, ideally in healthcare or manufacturing projects.
• Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on project management expertise, from planning to completion.
• Flexibility to travel across Oxford, Petersfield, and surrounding areas.
