Joinery Project Manager

Location: West Yorkshire (Office-based with UK-wide site visits)

Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 + Company Car + Pension + Life Insurance + Expenses

About the Role:

My client are seeking a skilled Joinery Project Manager with a strong background in joinery, sub-contracting, and manufacturing to oversee multiple sites across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who can effectively manage projects, drive progress reports, and ensure compliance with risk assessments and method statements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple sites nationwide, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Monitor site progress, preparing and driving detailed reports for stakeholders.

Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements to ensure compliance and safety.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize manufacturing processes and project execution.

Maintain a strong presence both in the West Yorkshire office and on-site, conducting regular visits to ensure project success.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 6 or 7 in Construction (essential).

CSCS Black Card (required for site access).

SMSTS Qualified (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).

Proven experience in joinery project management, sub-contracting, and manufacturing.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
