goDonate is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
We’re looking for a freelance Project Manager with strong technical understanding to support the implementation of goDonate – our digital donation platform – for UK charity clients.
This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone with other commitments. You’ll need excellent digital project management skills and a solid grasp of online payments, data handling, and user experience in a fundraising context.
You’ll manage the delivery of goDonate and inMem for new and existing clients, ensuring projects run smoothly from kick-off to go-live. While you won’t be doing the technical or UX work yourself, you’ll need to understand how things work — from how donation journeys are designed and optimised, to how payments, data exports, and CRM integrations function. You’ll also support quality assurance, particularly when new features are rolled out or customised per client.
