The Role

We’re looking for a part-time Project Manager to bring structure to our chaos (the good kind).

You’ll work directly with our Founder and delivery team — managing timelines, tasks, and client handovers across Rocketlane, Notion, and Slack.

Your mission?

Keep projects on track, clients in the loop, and the team free to focus on doing great work — not chasing updates.

• Manage project timelines, tasks, and milestones inside Rocketlane
• Coordinate daily communication across Slack and maintain clarity between teams
• Keep project documentation and status pages updated in Notion
• Support client onboarding — setting up portals, timelines, and progress trackers
• Run weekly internal check-ins and flag risks or blockers early
• Track deliverables across multiple workstreams (Shopify builds, CRO retainers, automation projects)
• Review scopes and make sure deliverables match client expectations
• Be the calm, structured voice when everything else is moving fast
• Have 2+ years project management experience in a digital or eCommerce agency
• Are fluent in Rocketlane, Slack, and Notion (or a quick study with similar tools)
• Understand how Shopify, CRO, or web projects typically run
• Are obsessively organised but know how to be flexible
• Communicate clearly, proactively, and without fluff
• Can juggle multiple clients, timelines, and personalities — gracefully
