Job Opportunity: Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our operational improvement team. This role will require national travel.

Within this role, you will be highly driven to support and challenge the business regions in the delivery of our strategy map. With technical knowledge, you will proactively provide support across regions, ensuring collaboration, sharing best practices, and conducting specific business studies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in a wide range of programs to ensure equipment and structures meet the highest engineering and safety standards within budget and performance criteria.
2. Support line management with technical expertise, monitoring, and inspection to meet company standards.
3. Lead and oversee project management for major projects.
4. Provide training and guidance on project management principles to managers.
5. Assist in ensuring compliance with construction design management regulations for projects of various sizes.
6. Help plan and coordinate major shutdowns and outages.
7. Participate in root cause failure analysis for mechanical and electrical equipment.
