Job Title: Project Manager - MEP Consultancy (Data Centre Projects)
Location: Fully Remote

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team in delivering high-performance MEP design and consultancy services for the data centre sector. You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring that milestones, budgets, and technical standards are met. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, coordination, and technical understanding within the mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage multiple MEP design projects in the data centre sector, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Collaborate with internal engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sustainability, etc.) to coordinate design development and resolve technical issues.
  4. Prepare and manage project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, risk registers, and change orders.
  5. Monitor project budgets, forecast resource requirements, and report financial performance.
  6. Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations and compliance standards specific to the data centre industry.
  7. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and design coordination sessions with clients and consultants.
  8. Manage procurement schedules, tender processes, and support commercial teams during contract administration.
  9. Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across all stages of project delivery.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the MEP consultancy or construction sector.
  3. Strong background in data centre projects or other mission-critical environments (e.g. hospitals, labs, financial centres).
  4. Excellent knowledge of building services design and coordination.
  5. Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and compliance frameworks (ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, TIA-942, etc.).
  6. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and design coordination software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  8. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
