Project Manager - Groundworks & Infrastructure

Yorkshire Salary DOE + Vehicle + Package

We're recruiting for a forward-thinking contractor with an excellent track record delivering, new build, groundworks, roads, and infrastructure packages for residential and commercial developments.

They are looking to appoint a Project Manager to take ownership of high-profile schemes across the Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of construction new build, groundworks and civils packages from start to finish

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Ensure project milestones and H&S standards are met

• Work closely with the Contracts Manager and commercial team to manage programme and budgets

• Attend client meetings and provide regular progress updates

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on civils or groundworks schemes

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

• Full UK driving licence

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications essential
