The role:
In this role, you will work on the deployment of Cloud Contact Centre technology for Public Sector clients. It requires someone who can take ownership of full or partial project phases, ensuring milestones are met with precision. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive success in an Agile/Scrum environment.
