Project Manager

Salary: £47-£52K
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager (Home-based) to join our Strategy Team. In this role, you will support a wide range of projects and initiatives across The Aurora Group, including the opening of new schools as well as business improvement opportunities.
The Aurora Group is one of the largest providers of SEND educational and care services in the country, supporting over 1,200 children, young people and adults, and employing over 1,500 staff spread across 27 services around England.
The Role:
It’s an exciting time to join Aurora as we are rapidly expanding our services and quickly growing in size. Your role will be to ensure the success of critical strategic projects by providing high quality project management to our Executive Team and other project members and stakeholders. The work will be varied and involve working with many different teams across the business.
You’ll be expected to maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditure, identifying key dependencies and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will also ensure project documentation is up to date and accessible to project stakeholders and be responsible for communicating project progress on a regular basis. This communication will involve setting up and running project meetings, producing tracking documents, and highlighting risks, deadlines and other issues as required.
