Project Manager North West & Yorkshire Refurbishment - £50,000 & Bonus & Company Bonus & Car / Allowance

I am recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an ever-growing North West-based specialist refurbishment and listed building contractor. My client covers heritage works, restoration, and listed building refurbishments.

You will have experience in delivering heritage refurbishments. Projects will range in value from £500,000 to approximately £2,000,000, with larger projects across the North West and Yorkshire. Responsibilities include creating project programmes using Microsoft Project, organizing your schedule, being client-facing, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and adhering to all health and safety regulations.

The client seeks a driven and passionate individual for a permanent position, offering clear progression and development opportunities. They have a full order book for the next 22 months and are hiring due to continued growth.
