Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Agile delivery experience to support the Business and collaborate with the Product Manager to deliver high-quality projects on time, within scope and within budget.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating and managing projects through iterative delivery cycles, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement across technical, operational and customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Experience supporting iterative delivery cycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, changing requirements and delivery risks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, organisation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Confidence using project management tools such as Jira or Planner.
  • Ability to produce clear project documentation and governance updates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, delivery and governance of projects using Agile delivery approaches.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, business stakeholders and delivery teams to define scope, priorities, milestones and success criteria.
  • Support the Product Manager by coordinating delivery activity, tracking actions, preparing updates and ensuring project priorities are clearly communicated across the business.
  • Manage project plans, sprint schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
  • Remove blockers and support delivery teams to maintain momentum, focus and accountability.
  • Track progress using relevant tools, metrics and reporting methods, such as velocity and delivery dashboards.
  • Communicate project status, risks and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards, business objectives and customer needs.
  • Promote continuous improvement by embedding lessons learned and improving team ways of working.
  • Support effective collaboration across technical, operational, commercial and customer-facing teams.
