This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of a complex, high-profile project valued at approximately £150m, focusing on the safe, timely, and high-quality installation of extensive clean and dry room environments. Experience in large-scale clean room projects and planning for process equipment installation, especially involving external contractors, is preferred.
You will report directly to the Project Director and lead a dedicated team in a collaborative environment. Strong leadership, a proactive approach, and effective collaboration with MEP partners and process fit-out contractors are essential for success.
The overall project is valued at £900m and is scheduled to become operational in early 2028, offering significant opportunities for personal and professional development.
You should have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering successful projects. Knowledge of NEC contracts and related processes is essential. Your role will involve planning, coordination, and delivering within the agreed budget, timeline, and scope.
