Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects in a similar role (3+ years).
  • Strong planning, budgeting, and risk management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Confident using project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com).
  • Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A recognised qualification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP, or Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation through to delivery and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, and keep them accountable.

  • Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders through regular reporting and meetings.

Overview

We're looking for an organised, proactive Project Manager to plan and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll work with teams across the public sector and with external stakeholders, keeping projects moving and everyone aligned. This is a hands-on role operating within structured and governed environments where smooth delivery and time management are key.
