Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Project Manager for our site based in Sutton in Ashfield.

Dawsongroup TCS offers temperature control solutions for businesses across various industry sectors.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, delivery, and installation of projects won by:

• Attending proposed project installations and conducting initial site surveys to ensure the site is suitable
• Chairing pre-brief meetings to ensure all involved parties are fully informed of the design and deliverables
• Producing RAMs for specific projects, creating project estimates, and liaising with the CAD department
• Generating Gantt charts to confirm key project dates
• Ensuring all RAMS, insurance documentation, and personnel competency cards are issued to the client before project start
• Organizing materials required for installation before, during, and after delivery
• Assisting in producing Method Statements and Risk Assessments related to the project
• Estimating installation and decommissioning times and material costs
• Carrying out site audits
• Seeking variation orders as needed
• Completing project handovers with clients, including obtaining signatures for on-hire and practical completion dates
• Chairing debrief meetings to identify lessons learned from projects

The successful Project Manager will have:

• Experience or knowledge of construction or project delivery
