Job summary

Meritus, a growing Systems Integration Consultancy, is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead EC&I projects across the UK energy sector. You will own tender to handover, coordinating across engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning.

The role requires strong NEC contract experience, stakeholder management, and proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in highly regulated environments. Hybrid working with on-site in Stone.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering EC&I projects within regulated sector.
• Strong working knowledge and practical experience administering NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects within highly regulated environments.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, forecasting and change control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Demonstrable leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience delivering projects for major UK Energy infrastructure programmes.
• Engineering background within Electrical, Control & Instrumentation disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of multiple EC&I projects within the Energy sector.
• Manage project scope, programme, budgets, risks and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage project reporting, change control, commercial performance and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with NEC3 / NEC4 contract requirements and industry regulations.
• Drive projects to successful completion, on time and within budget.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in EC&I project delivery to lead the successful execution of complex engineering projects within highly regulated environments.
