Job Duration and Work Environment

Starting ASAP (1st May until end of October 2025).

The PMO will be working on the Cleaning Services side.

The working week will be 40 hours, Monday to Friday. The rate will be determined by market forces and based on capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders to lead the KAN delivery programme and develop the required DWP transition plan. This involves coordinating all stakeholders across functional workstreams in cooperation with our commercial and operations teams.
2. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with the team and map engagement with ISS workstream owners to deliver the transition programme.
3. Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely reports to sponsors and key stakeholders, including plan status and RAID documentation.
4. Handover Management: Manage the successful handover from transition to operations and DWP at go-live and during stabilisation.
5. Project Closure: Ensure the successful closure of mobilisation, capturing lessons learned, and communicating and implementing them through best practices.
