End-to-End Project Delivery

• Lead complex IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
• Oversee project governance, track risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on course.
• Drive seamless transitions from project delivery to ongoing support, maintaining service excellence.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to refine requirements and schedules.
• Negotiate scope changes when needed, ensuring project objectives remain aligned.

Team Support & Continuous Improvement

• Share knowledge to strengthen the team.

• Preferred certifications in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, PMI, CSM, IAPM) demonstrating solid project management principles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technical projects from start to finish, with MSP experience being a plus.
• Expertise in project lifecycle management, including designing, implementing, and evaluating multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with industry-specific software and project management tools to improve processes and collaboration.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and convey complex information effectively.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
