Project Manager (NEC4 / Construction / Defence) – Hybrid – £65k + Bonus + BUPA

Location: Staffordshire | 3 days office, 2 days WFH

As a Project Manager, you will:

1. Deliver projects under NEC4 contracts
2. Manage multiple contractors, suppliers, and third parties on-site
3. Coordinate project schedules and delivery milestones
4. Support installation and commissioning phases
5. Maintain control under pressure and manage project politics

We need a Project Manager with:

1. British passport (security clearance requirement)
2. Degree-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, or a related field
3. Strong NEC4 contract experience (construction, EC&I, or electrical)
4. Resilience, confidence, and leadership ability

Package:

1. £65,000 + 10% bonus
