It’s not often you get the chance to deliver change that supports the creation of a new business, but this position provides the opportunity to do just that.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for shaping, driving and delivering key change initiatives across Quilter Platform, Quilter Investors and Quilter Financial Planning which we are combining into our Advice & Retail Investments business focusing on our Affluent customers.
As part of a vertically integrated business, you will be involved in a number of Quilter wide Business and IT transformation initiatives, delivering key components of some of them while supporting the creation of our new business.
You will play a role in building out our digital capability driving growth and efficiency and delivering improvements in our operating margin.
Embedding ESG tools and propositions will be a key focus as well as bringing new technology and features to market which will allow our customers to feel more secure about the financial future and help advisers run more successful advice businesses.

This role is responsible for the successful achievement of project outcomes within the key constraints of time, cost, quality and risk.
You will be responsible for leading change projects for a specific business unit / function, working in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure delivery in line with agreed milestones, priorities, standards and budget.
You will utilise best practice to ensure Change projects are effectively defined, planned, resourced and delivered in alignment with the overall business unit / function requirements.
Development and coaching resources assigned to the project, providing input into performance reviews and providing support to expand their capabilities and skillsets are also a key part of the role.
Participation in the Community of Practice to shape or improve ways of working in relation to Change delivery is also important.
To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in delivering multiple projects including digital or technology focussed projects and driving them through to completion
We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering projects using 3rd parties (both delivering with and management of) for a variety of subject matters.
You should have experience of managing ‘Virtual’ teams across function, across businesses and geographies and have in-depth knowledge and demonstrable application of different project delivery methodologies including Agile.
Budgeting and resource allocation, project planning presentation skills as well as knowledge of IT Software Development Lifecycles will also be important.
You will have highly developed interpersonal, advocacy and communication skills to be able to work effectively and be able to communicate the benefits of change or constructively challenge it, where appropriate.
You will likely come from a Financial Services background, although if you can bring experience of delivering business change or technology transformation, we will be keen to hear from you.
A high energy, resourceful delivery professional you will be capable of quickly taking control of your responsibilities and establishing yourself as a credible business partner.
