Salary: £34,233 - ACivil Service Pensionwith an employer contribution of 28.97%

Contract Type: Fixed term for 2 years Flexible working, Full-time, Job share, Part-time

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver cost, contract, and project management services across a range of building, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. You will manage both capital and revenue works, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and in line with organisational priorities. This is a key role requiring strong operational and project leadership to support the successful planning and execution of construction-related initiatives that enhance our built environment and meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Manage a series of building, refurbishment and fit out works in accordance with business case objectives.
  • Manage appropriate external consultants, building surveyors, engineers to support project works.
  • Procure contractors in accordance with the Agencys policies and procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:

  • A recognised qualification in a relevant property-related discipline, with membership of a professional body such as APM, RICS, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing projects within the construction industry, including fit-out and refurbishment works.
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver a variety of new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • A clear understanding of the Health & Safety at Work Act, compliance requirements, building legislation, Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM), Building Regulations, and industry best practice.
