Job description

4Site Recruitment is seeking skilled Project Managers for a well-established contractor delivering complex fit-out and refurbishment projects across the southern regions, including Thames Valley, Southampton, Oxford, and Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
2. Leading teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
3. Ensuring quality control and adherence to industry regulations
4. Overseeing procurement and cost control

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
2. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
3. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
