The Lead – Client Coordinator manages projects from estimation to completion for assigned clients. This role acts as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors on current projects. It involves resolving complex problems with technical expertise and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering high-quality services and solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend client meetings regarding production processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
- Coordinate client-specific projects throughout their lifecycle, including estimating, project selection, resource assignment, monitoring progress, and invoicing.
- Translate client requests into detailed instructions for production teams.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to resolve issues and ensure quality standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing by maintaining project details and supporting documentation.
- Initiate new data requests following Master Data Management (MDM) guidelines.
- Partner with Client Integration and Growth teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Participate in or lead cross-functional process improvement teams.
- Respond to client inquiries and manage communication effectively.
- Use systems and databases to manage client information and verify data accuracy.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in project coordination or equivalent education and experience.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work independently or in teams.
- Ability to influence peers and management.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and deadlines.
