Job description

Our client is a leading British ground engineering contractor, delivering a full suite of site investigation services to both public and private sector clients, from small-scale developments to large infrastructure projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing ground investigation projects, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. While prior project management experience is not required, candidates must have a strong background in ground investigations and experience managing or supervising drilling units and on-site teams. The role is available in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Durham, or Manchester, offering flexibility in location.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in ground investigations
  • Experience managing or supervising drilling units and site personnel
  • Strong understanding of site investigation techniques, health & safety standards, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Full right to live and work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
