Fire Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Suppression / Detection

Location: Slough Projects, ideally based in South East UK, commutable to Slough or London

• Position: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Fire Suppression Installer)
• Benefits: 33 days holidays rising to 38, Electric Car or Allowance, Benefits

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our client's team of Fire Detection and Fire Suppression specialists. Prior experience in data centre fire suppression / Gas Suppression installation projects is preferred but not essential.

We welcome candidates with strong backgrounds in Fire Detection / Fire Alarm Water Mist and Gas Suppression Project Management, eager to learn and transition into fire suppression, with knowledge of BS5839 / Fire alarm or specialization in Fire Suppression or Data Centre Fire Protection.

The role involves project management tasks such as controlling costs, ensuring quality, timely completion, managing variations, and liaising with teams and stakeholders. Projects can be multi-million-pound and fast-paced, requiring good energy and project skills within Fire systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
• CSCS / ECS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification
• Knowledge of Fire Alarm / Fire Suppression Project Management in the UK
• Location: South East (M4, M25), commutable to Berkshire or London

Benefits:

• Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
• Electric car or car allowance
• Holiday: 25 days + 8 bank holidays, potential to increase to 30 days + bank holidays
