Job title: Project Manager


Location: Isle of Wight – Cowes. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role


Salary: Circa £60,000 commensurate on skills and experience





What you’ll be doing:




  • Providing Project Management oversight for build and support of land and naval radar systems




  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, adapting plans as needed to overcome challenges




  • Following project management procedures and best practices for successful project delivery




  • Capturing and applying lessons learned from past projects to enhance future performance




  • Taking responsibility for team performance, including budget, schedule and quality




  • Leading and inspiring people, handling performance reviews, career development decisions





Your skills and experiences:





  • Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary projects, including planning, cost control, risk and opportunity management, engineering design management, equipment integration, testing, commissioning, and acceptance




  • Proven experience within Business Delivery role




  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, with excellent collaboration skills




  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience engaging with individuals at all organisational levels

Our workplace in Cowes is an easily accessible commute from Southampton with a regular foot passenger ferry and BAE shuttle service from the ferry terminal to site.
