The Project Manager Role - Building Fitout

This is a unique opportunity to lead a complex, high-profile project valued at approximately £150m, focusing on the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of extensive clean and dry room installations. Experience in large-scale clean room projects, including planning for process equipment installation by external contractors, is preferred.

You will be part of the senior team, reporting directly to the Project Director, leading a collaborative group. Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and close work with MEP partners and process fit-out contractors are essential for success.

The overall project is valued at £900m and is expected to be operational by early 2028. It offers significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Your Profile

You should have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects successfully. Knowledge of NEC contract options and processes is essential. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing within budget, schedule, and scope.

Ideal experience includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Experience managing clean room environments on industrial projects
  • Experience facilitating process equipment installation within main contractor scope
  • Strong project planning and management skills
