We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team of like-minded tech professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

End-to-End Project Delivery

• Lead complex IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
• Oversee project governance, track risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on course.
• Drive seamless transitions from project delivery to ongoing support, maintaining service excellence.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to refine requirements and schedules.
• Negotiate scope changes when needed, ensuring project objectives remain aligned.

Team Support & Continuous Improvement

• Share knowledge to strengthen the team.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and outcomes.

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering a variety of IT-based solutions, preferably with an MSP background. This role will strengthen our projects team to ensure client satisfaction.

Excellent customer-facing skills and effective communication are essential. Your tech-savviness and friendly approach will be highly valued.

• Preferred certifications in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, PMI, CSM, IAPM).
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technical projects from start to finish, ideally with MSP experience.
• Expertise in project lifecycle management, including designing, implementing, and evaluating multiple projects.
• Proficiency with industry-specific software and project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
