The successful Project Manager will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout pre-construction and delivery. You will be responsible for projects varying in value.

The company has seen significant growth over the last year through their current client base and has an extensive pipeline of work, especially in Heritage, Hotels, and Residential work.

Your role will include management of the surveying team, profit & loss reporting, reporting into the accounts division, full responsibility for all procurement, and risk management.

The role would ideally suit a Project Manager with a proven track record in similar sectors of the industry, but capable of commercial management. You will be responsible for maintaining established profit margins and improving wherever possible the company’s profits and ensuring that all commercial project team members work in line with this.

The successful Project Manager will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.

REQUIREMENTS

About the requirements:

  • The successful Project Manager needs to have experience managing a range of projects.
  • A balance of working on new builds and refurbishments would be ideal.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills are a prerequisite, as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
  • Experience working in a UK Construction Consultancy.
