£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Travel Expenses + Package + Training + Progression to Operations Manager

This is a great opportunity for a Site or Project Manager to join one of the country's largest roofing companies, where you will be exposed to a variety of projects, all whilst having the opportunity to further progress your career with training and development towards an Operations Manager role.

This well-established and leading construction company specialises in commercial roofing and waterproofing. With branches nationwide, they offer their specialist services to a variety of clients and main contractors. Their expertise includes several roofing solutions such as single-ply, hot melt, mastic asphalt, and green roofs. Their ability to deliver such a wide range of services has led to continued success, and they are now looking to add to their dynamic team with this exciting opportunity.

In this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities and will be predominantly site-based. You will be responsible for organising and managing all directly employed and subcontracted labour on site, approving timesheets and invoices for subcontracted staff. Additionally, you will be involved in ordering materials and ensuring deliveries meet programme requirements. A key aspect of the role is ensuring a high standard of health and safety on site, preparing method statements and risk assessments to maintain compliance with company standards. You will also attend site meetings and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Project Manager or Site Manager looking to advance their career, with strong roofing knowledge and excellent communication skills to manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
