RBH has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to be responsible for delivering strategic change and business improvement projects across the organisation, ensuring clear scopes, defined objectives, and seamless execution.
Our Project Manager role is pivotal in ensuring that business processes are optimised and that solutions align with business needs.
About the role:
You'll work closely with stakeholders and key resources, owning projects from inception to completion. You’ll ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining best practices and driving measurable outcomes. This is an excellent chance to contribute to our ongoing transformation initiatives while championing innovation and accountability across the business. With a good understanding of relevant methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile, you will be able to adapt your approach to ensure all objectives are met, identifying obstacles and inefficiencies to ensure a smooth process for each project. Organised and meticulous, you will monitor the agreed budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective resource utilisation for the project lifecycle.
