Job Description

Are you highly organised, people-focused, and motivated by seeing projects through from start to finish? This exciting opportunity combines project management with materials planning, supporting the delivery of multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Projects Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in keeping things on track by managing timelines, liaising with suppliers, updating clients, and overseeing budgets and invoicing. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy building strong working relationships, our client would love to hear from you.

What’s on Offer?
  • Salary: Up to £35,000p/a
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full time
  • Location: Robertsbridge area – own transport required

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage multiple projects (typically 20–25 at a time), ensuring timely and complete delivery
  • Plan and schedule project timelines, adjusting priorities as needed in collaboration with the wider team
  • Update and maintain project management systems, ensuring all project data is accurate and current from initiation to completion
  • Communicate regularly with customers, providing weekly progress updates and handling enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with suppliers, maintaining up-to-date forecasts and ensuring consistent project alignment and material availability
  • Finalise project budgets upon completion and manage the invoicing process once products have shipped
  • Handle day-to-day communications, including managing project-related emails efficiently with both customers and internal teams
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities confidently
  • Excellent customer service skills—friendly, approachable, and a team player
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in both written and verbal communication
  • Positive, adaptable, and self-motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working without close supervision and trusted to get the job done
