Are you a skilled and driven Project Manager with experience in end-to-end project delivery? Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Redditch, is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee and manage major customer projects from order intake through to final delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in high-value, technically complex projects across various sectors. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, production, and logistics to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and KPIs.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant health & safety and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
