Ventula Consulting Ltd. in Reading is seeking two experienced Project Managers on a contract basis to lead complex initiatives from inception to delivery.

These roles require strong utilities-sector knowledge, proven delivery of critical projects, and ability to coordinate stakeholders and suppliers within governance frameworks. The role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite at the Reading site.

Formación

• Seven years of Project Management experience
• Utilities-sector experience is required
• Delivery of complex, business-critical projects

• Experience managing budgets, risks, governance and reporting

A leading utilities organisation is looking for two experienced Project Managers to join its team on a contract basis.

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation through to delivery, working closely with business, technical and operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Managing projects throughout the full delivery life cycle
• Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets and delivery schedules
• Coordinating internal teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders
• Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
• Providing clear project reporting and governance updates
• Ensuring projects remain aligned with wider business objectives
• Driving delivery across complex utilities environments

Required experience

• A minimum of seven years' Project Management experience
• Strong and recent utilities-sector experience
• Proven delivery of complex, business-critical projects
• Strong stakeholder and supplier-management skills
• Experience managing budgets, risks, governance and project reporting
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
• Location: Reading
• Hybrid working: three days per week onsite
