This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.
As our Project Manager you'll oversee a rising main programme of works on our Thames Water Infrastructure Capital Delivery Framework across the Thames Valley area. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring safe, on-time, efficient, and first-time-right delivery.
You will lead a team of professionals, act as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders, and coordinate with delivery teams, highways, local authorities, and Thames Water operations. You will liaise with clients, designers, and delivery teams throughout the project phases, mentor project teams, foster collaboration, and promote best practices in quality and safety management.
Your role includes delivering excellent customer service, minimizing complaints, increasing productivity safely, and driving efficiency. You will also assist in maximizing cash collection, minimizing work in progress, and delivering targeted margins. SHE audits and inspections will be part of your responsibilities.
