Location: North West England (Cheshire to Carlisle)

Work arrangement: Fully On-site

This is a contract role, offered outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage water infrastructure projects within the Capital Delivery Framework
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure all works comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Deliver regular progress reports and updates to senior leadership
• Supervise on-site operations to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through clear and proactive communication

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil project management, preferably within the water/utilities sector
• Strong understanding of the Capital Delivery Framework and infrastructure delivery models
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards
• Proficient in project management software and reporting tools
• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Flexibility to work fully on-site across the North West (Cheshire to Carlisle)
